After completing the basic training courses ATP, PPL, CPL, and IR, pilots must obtain the MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) and JET FAM (Jet Familiarization) certificates in order to be licensed to operate commercial passenger aircraft, in accordance with regulations set by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).

After completing the PPL, CPL, IR/ME, and ATP courses, pilots are required to obtain the Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) and Jet Familiarization (JET FAM) certificates in order to be licensed to operate commercial passenger aircraft, as regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).

The MCC and JET FAM training program includes 32–48 hours of training on the Alsim ALX Business Flight Simulator (FNPT II). The MCC training program includes the following contents:

• Teamwork
• Task sharing
• Communication
• Checklist usage
• Cross-checking and standard callouts in the cockpit

The JET FAM training program includes the following contents:

• Instrument flying techniques: specific requirements for jet aircraft
• Jet engines/throttle system control
• Aircraft performance at high altitude
• Jet aircraft systems
• Jet aircraft handling
• Operations under normal and abnormal conditions for both Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot Not Flying (PNF)
